Laura Chalfant MA, CBP, LMT, CR

Laura Chalfant is a certified BodyTalk practitioner, an intuitive healer and has had a

thriving hands-on healing practice for over 30 years. She has a masters degree in

cultural anthropology from Bryn Mawr College where she did research in

bereavement, shamanism and transformational workshops. Laura has been a

practitioner of yoga, meditation, and Qi Gong for over 40 years. She has been on a

path of transformation from a young age when life circumstances led her to seek

out innovative, alternative methods for healing mind-body-spirit, and authentic

practices that bring forth awakening.  She lived at Kripalu Yoga Ashram for 5 years

in her late 20's and became fascinated by traditional healing systems of Ancient 

cultures.  She is a Certified Rolfer, licensed massage therapist, certified Franklin

Method instructor, has trained in, studied and taught Yoga for over 30 years,

is a certified Reiki Master and has studied Continuum and Pilates intensively. "When

I found BodyTalk I knew that I was home.  Everything that I've studied over the

years comes together in the BodyTalk system. It is a truly holistic mind-body

approach to uncovering and healing the root of the disease process and bringing the

system into optimal health and well-being".
